No. Verifying a sealed file is free for everyone, on every plan — you only pay for the seals you create above the free allowance.
How is billing handled?
Website Holding is the merchant of record. It collects payment and the correct EU VAT, so you get a compliant invoice without extra admin.
How do I upgrade?
Sign in, then choose Request on the plan you want. Self-serve card checkout through Website Holding is being rolled out; until it is live we enable your requested plan on your account, and your monthly seal allowance updates immediately.
